Judgement made against Norman – Time for the big guns
THE DAY I WITNESSED THE TRUE MEANING OF OUR BELOVED COURT SYSTEM AT WORK.
Today in Supreme Court, Judgment was made AGAINST Norman as Judge Judd said “NO REAL PROSPECT OF SUCCESS”. So those that were there on the 19th of January and who heard me say some pretty interesting facts, does it surprise you that the Court would continue down the same corrupt path.. I thought Judd was respectful enough to hear the arrogance of the National Australia Bank and also hear the ongoing attempts to not allow any type of discovery.
Then Today I got to court and parked outside the court. I watched as a plain clothes protective service officer came out of the court with a camera (dressed like a bogan in a sea of suits – he stood out) He then stood outside the court taking photo’s of me as I went into the court. We was also there taking photo’s when I was leaving as well. He knew I was looking at him and then casually went back into the court. Did he think he was invisible or something…
Anyway, as I walked down the hall (I was the only case being heard) I noticed a large gathering of men with vests and guns standing outside the door. I was thrilled with this much security as I thought the Court may have brought in extra security seeing as I was threatened by the Gorilla security chief last time. It became obvious when I walked into court that the court room came to a stand still and security started gathering outside. Then I looked to the only person in the room sitting to make notes and it was our smelly friend GRAEME SPURR head of security. I was flattered that they needed an army of protective service officers wearing vests and 9mm pistols to make sure I didn’t go on a rampage.
So I’m in court, the Judge comes in, god save the queen etc and then read a half page Judgement. Stating I had no real prospect of success and literally denying any ability to follow proper process.
Obviously I will appeal.
A Judge is appointed to direct proceedings in a direction that finds facts, hears facts and gives EVERY PERSON a chance to be heard. Why then am I shouting and still nothing…. There is something incredible happening in our courts. Surely we’re not having to go back to the dark ages where an eye for eye is our only option… surely!
This leads me to the next point. What does it take to be taken seriously in court. I immediately asked Mr SEGAL who is known for lying to courts on behalf of the bank if he knew of Ms Ashwathi. He refused to comment (I recorded everything today so will put it up online soon). I asked him again. He states “I do not think it is appropriate to answer your questions Mr Norman”. I then said “Ashwathi doesn’t exsist and you are relying on HER Affidavit”. He said “It is inappropriate for me to discuss this with you in court”. Funny statement… so I told him I’ll wait outside.
I wait out side to the clicking of camera’s (next time pretend you’re looking at the building or something) and Finally Seagul Segal comes out and I ask him again. This time he runs back into the court hoping to get the protective services to intervene. HA!!!! Then like a flash, Protective Service officers start pilling into the court from the Court directly beside me. Then like a little school girl Mr Seagull segal walks out flanked by armed police and of course Mr Spurr who also wanted to show he’s like a policeman. It was so cute. You could almost cuddle these two idiots. In fact I actually thought I saw them both holding hands at one stage and skipping down the street. Anyway, enough of Segal for now. I should mention that he ran inside and left the two girls he was with to carry his bags. What a man Segal…. Little turd!
So here are the major problems that the Bank and now the court have.. They have just put themselves into contempt of court. Here’s why…
1. I made it very clear that the Affidavit they relied on in proceedings was done by someone who doesn’t exist…
2. I was threatened on 19 by smelly Spurr which came direct from Pringle Chips.
3. I was then accused of writing a letter to the court with supposed threats when I had nothing to do with it.
4. I was not given the opportunity to get answers to my questions of the bank. They handed over a pile of paper and were believed without investigation into the merits of their case. How can anyone be judged if they are demanding answers to questions but Judge’s decide to not allow normal court process.
5. I was not given any discovery of documents
6. I was denied an opportunity to cross examine their ONLY witness (Ashwathi – who doesn’t exsist)
7. I was denied a full amount of time to put my case. First time I got 13minutes out of the 3.5hours the plaintiff got. Then in the next hearing under JUDD I had to be brief as he had a dentist appointment. Now pinch me if I am dreaming, but how can a case be judged if the case itself has never been heard. Hmmmmm Do I smell the sound of money being handed over to a Supreme Court Judge to throw it out… I don’t know. I’ll have to listen to the tape again.
I am so incredibly bemused by what is happening in our courts when going up against the bank. So this is what I’m going to do. I am going to go and get Ashwathi and ask her if she is really a real realisations person that is real. If she continues to be transparent (that was a joke for someone invisible) then I’ll drag her into court and pin her up on the wall for the court to throw stones at her. You see if she was real, why would Kevin Pringle not say so. Why would National Australia Bank head office in Melbourne be looking for her on Google. Why would I not get one single answer to one single question.
The fact is this. The NATIONAL AUSTRALIA BANK is being fraudulent. Gadens Lawyers are in contempt of court. The management are frauds and the solicitors who hide them away are frauds. So I am going to investigate this my way.

If they choose not to report it then I will be left with no other option but to pull a stunt that will guarantee International press. Help spread the Word!!! Will report more later, but in a ludicrous attempt to implicate Matt Norman as a threat to the judiciary and the community – not only was JUSTICE JUDD’s negative judgement against Matt proclaimed in a lesser used part of the Supreme Court – but there was apparently a batallion of uniformed police officers present.
How much did this cost the State of Victoria – and who authorised the dispatching of the police squad ? The Police Commissioner ? The Attorney General or the loon who is the Chief of Security at the Supreme Court, Mr Graeme Spurr – who, you will all recall, came into the Court at Matt’s earlier appearance and conveyed a threatening message from the NAB’s Sydney-based lawyer, to both Matt and his wife Rebecca. Matt, like myself, is representing himself against the NATIONAL AUSTRALIA BANK.
What is going on here ? And on what basis was the presence of the police manipulated in this way ?
Hi all, WOW. Whistleblower please ask your mum to do everything she can to get me the information. I am happy to meet with her personally and will not under any circumstance reveal her I.D. I actually believe you as when I rang and asked for Ashwathi Murlidhar they put me straight through to a voice mail of an indian woman. Then within minutes Kevin Pringle the lawyer at Gadens lawyers email me and asked me not to contact her.
If this is true then National Australia Bank is fucked. Also I just checked my records with regard to the IP address and that comes up as the NAB IP I have been tracking who has viewed this site over 700 times in the last 30 days. So who ever your mum is she certainly hit the nail on the head with that one.
If anyone else has information regard the NAB or Gadens lawyers who are fully aware of this lie and deceit and fraud then get in contact with me. Pringle needs to know what its like to lose everything. Gadens Lawyers need to be striped of any responsibility in the banks and well the Judges that have been judging my case need to be properly investigated.
Rosie, I agree with you. Well over a million hits and the media should be banging down the door but instead have been closed down. I wrote to every single media publication, radio and TV network and was lucky enough to get one guy from the Age newspaper. He said he’s going to follow up on this story now that Judgement was made. Watch what happens.
Matt do not do anything stupid. That is what they are waiting for. I know them well. I would be interested in knowing what Government Departments have been viewing you site . The reason being my story not only involves the Nab but their connection to both sides of the Political arena. You have no idea just how far this Bank will go to prevent disclosure of any type, all with the full help of Government and their Leaders and others. My mum works in head office at the NAB and she is going to be a whistleblower for you Matt. When I told her she said that she has checked records at NAB for Ashwathi and a number comes up with an indian woman that doesn’t exsist on proper records. I asked her to find out who she is. Mum said that a phone line to a voicemail box is what the bank use to pretend she’s a real person. When I told mum that your affidavid was written by her she nearly died.
Mum is working with a few friends who hate the bank who work there to get photos and record people who know the truth. She said that this is how they stop any court stuff going ahead by putting all the evidence stuff on the affidavid from someone who isnt real.
She also said that what you are doing is dangerous and that I know youre super close and that’s why you’re not getting to trial. She wasn’t prepared to give a name but did point me to a computer ip address of one of the people responsible. Go and see if you can find the ip address 164.53.218.21 she went to ipchicken on that computer as she suspects they know a lot about what youre doing. She is writing a lot of stuff down for you and wants to help you.
so the ip address is the person who is involved in the fraud stuff. She said you can find the person by their ip address as all computers get logged. She will get in contact with you in the next few days but not on the phone. She’ll come and see you. It goes to the top of the ladder. Matt, this is so crazy. I cant believe what is happening. How how how how how how is this even lawful. I am speaking to my friend at Occupy and see if we can’t close down all the banks for a day. I hate national australia bank.
I am appaulled by this case. You’re right matt. How can a judge judge when they haven’t heard one answer. I was there that day and heard you go on about Ashwathi not being a real person. How on earth do you not get a full trial when the only affidavit from the bank was done by someone who isn’t real. this is fucking crazy man!! I am going to investigate Matt and if there is a real person they call Ashwathi then I’ll take pictures, video and get her on tape for you. What a fucking joke!!!!!!!

So they win again -- unbelievable. Don’t bother trying to get the local media intersted -- tehy are fully owned by NAB. Do your big thing now -- forget about the Australian media, Australian courts etc. Take it to the United Nations Human Rights Commission -- Australia is denying us the right to present our defence against the NAB without just cause. It’s time to name the people getting paid to cover up this fraud. Start with Mark Arbib -- according to my source his name has come up at the ICAC inquiry -- not that Australia will ever hear about it but according to the info NAB owns him. NAB owns a lot of people. How about we name the Judges that are on the payroll? NAB don’t play fair -- time we stopped being schmucks who follow the rules?
I just don’t understand how when you questioned the very existence of the woman supposedly swearing the Affidavit that there aren’t questions asked! NAB think they’ve won but they really haven’t.
And here I gave Judd the benefit of the doubt -- stupid, stupid me
