Dear NAB – An open letter to National Australia Bank
Dear Mr Cameron Clyne NAB CEO,
In the last few months as you are well aware, I have been fighting your trillion dollar fraudulent company in open court. The Judges who have shares in your company have chosen not to allow normal process to happen like every man, woman and child has as their right but have chosen to quickly get rid of any attempt by me to have you answer me in court.
Due to the fact that you are now reading this and in fact have read it on several hundred occasions using NAB computers in Sydney and Melbourne and due to the fact your cowardly legal department at Gadens Lawyers have reported to you, I am trying to establish how deep your crime on the Australian public goes. So I have had friends of this cause (being made into a film as you know) contact the media. The media ARE actually taking notice which is fantastic, isn’t it. So I wanted you to take this very special opportunity to let the 1.3MILLION viewers of this site since January 2012, know what is actually going on in the dark rooms of the NAB.
So that I can’t be blamed for not giving you up front questions for you to answer on the spot, I am happy for you to take time in answering the questions I have for you. These questions are really easy ones and especially with the talented people in your group who can answer them I would hope that this is a very simple exercise in giving the NAB the public opportunity to answer. If you refuse to answer these questions then by all means those in the media also reading this can ask them in a more formal setting. If the National Australia Bank aren’t doing anything wrong then you should be fine. The problem you face is that silence speaks for itself.
These questions are in no particular order. If you choose not to answer any of these questions we’ll assume that these questions are true. Ok. They are the simple rules of this Q&A.
QUESTIONS FOR MR CAMERON CLYNE:
1. Is the National Australia Bank being transparent to it’s customers, the media and it’s shareholders. If the answer is YES then please explain more about the securities fraud in the U.S which saw you not disclose the MASSIVE losses to your shareholders and did not disclose these losses to the official bodies here in Australia until months later, breaching your obligations.
2. Can you explain to the Australian people why you were given $4.3BILLION dollars as part of the USA BAIL OUT. Why would the American Government be required to bailout and Australian Bank.
3. How many mortgages does the NAB Securitise. – On-sell to the USA STOCK MARKET
4. Is it true that the NAB is paid in full when it on-sells the mortgage to the US STOCK MARKET
5. Did the NAB credit my account and others who have mortgages with you once my mortgage loan was approved and signed with REAL MONEY.
6. If my mortgage has been on-sold then isn’t it true that the National Australia Bank has not disclosed this information to it’s customers and has therefor already been paid REAL MONEY without putting ANY money in itself.
7. Have the NAB paid any court staff or Judges in proceedings to guarantee that the bank never have to answer any questions.
8. MORE GIVE LESS TAKE – Can you explain to the Australian Public how many times you’ve profited from these on-sold mortgages. Is it 4 or is it 5 times.
9. What authority does the National Australia Bank have to foreclose on my home and others with no actual interest in the asset.
10. How is it possible that no case against the National Australia Bank that goes to court have any documents discovered as per normal court process.The Bank is guaranteed by Judges not to allow facts to be discovered or witness’s to be cross examined.
11. Who is Ashwathi Murlidhar, the person you say wrote and signed an affidavit on behalf of National Australia Bank in her capacity as a “REALISATIONS CONSULTANT”. Please present her CV, qualifications and birth certificate. The Police will also need to view these and other details due in part because you have presented a signature to the court that gives your case under oath of Ms Murlidhar. If she is not real then you have committed a criminal offense.
12. Did Steve Bracks get a job with NAB due to his ongoing backdoor deals done with NAB for special events such as the Commonwealth Games that NAB became major Sponsor.
13. How much do you pay to be major sponsor of the National Press Club. Have you paid extra to certain media outlets for favorable comments… CASH FOR COMMENT
I have a hundred more questions of your fraudulent activity including secret meetings between your lawyers and lawyers with the Federal Reserve in USA that i’d like answers too. We would like these answered in person, in affidavit or through a subpoena to attend court. Happy to take direction on that.

If you would like to answer these questions on camera for the Human Race Film, we’ll give you however long you need to build your spin around the truth.
If you are not able to prove the witness who signed YOUR affidavit then you are in contempt of court. I will then pursue damages and criminal convictions for National Australia Bank Management and the lawyers who have helped you hide this fact. Then I will instigate a class action with every single person who has been foreclosed by you as malicious prosecution.
What worries all of us here who have kept up to date with these issues has been the fact that the NAB and Gadens Lawyers have not stood up in court and said that SHE is REAL!! Surely your legal friends would have jumped on this fact when it was first brought up. They didn’t object.. I think that says everything. I look forward to your prompt PUBLIC RESPONSE.
With respect to DISCOVERY OF DOCUMENTS, I have added an important document by one of Australia’s most respected Professors Evan Jones, where he writes:
Bank document discovery
Carmen Walter has naturally sought discovery of documents from the bank. In this endeavour, the bank responded belatedly with dribs and drabs, on each occasion insisting that all relevant documents have been discovered.
Document discovery should be in accordance with the parameters of the statement of claim. In this case, discovery was transparently partial. No security schedules, prime documents, were discovered. The Lending Manuals were sought but denied, and only belatedly released during the main trial but then under restricted conditions; thus the possibility of reasonable examination by the Respondents was denied. As per usual,the bank Realisation Accounts were not discovered.
Bank behaviour regarding the discovery of documents is perennially contemptuous of court processes. Judge Balmford in the Victorian Supreme Court delivered a harsh judgment on non-discovery in earlier litigation involving the NAB (National Australia Bank v Petit-Breuilh, 2000: par.7) regarding discovery:

Hi all, as predicted, National Australia Bank have spent every day online reading comments and drastically searching for ways to get info to use against me etc etc. Grigor Lawyers are also becoming addicted to viewing this page which is cute and obviously Kevin Pringle remains our top viewer.
So NAB have viewed these questions on over 63 times in the past 2 days and yet they have chosen not to answer any of them. It’s ok as the media also have these questions and no doubt the NAB are aware that the Media are attempting to get these answers. So let’s enjoy the ride and then sooner rather than later I will formal requests for criminal charges to be laid. Still gathering evidence from my case and several others.
Mr Clyne you were asked to answer these questions and have chosen not too. I can’t help you now I’m afraid. My bet is that I will get my day in court to ask very precise questions soon enough. You’ll have the World on your shoulders that day I guarantee it.
1. What Government department helps you to control the Health of you staff and puts alerts on their name so they cannot receive Medical Treatment.? I will mention the other Government Departments involvement at a later date)
2.Why were mine and all my Family”s accounts changed every day (except Weekends and Public Holidays) for 15 months when I found the infomation in 1..
3.Why did ASIC not see a problem with this. Also why did ASIC not see a problem with the Games you played on My Super(3 “excuses” given to me the 4th to ASIC) and Also NAB shares held with Computershare.
4.Why did my employee description on COMPUTERSHARE changed 3 times, and why can’t I have my name removed (after repeated requests) from COMPUTERSHARE website as I hold NO shares with this Bank anymore.
5.Just WHY did your Head of Retail at the time stalk me in my Street.
6.Why does the Legal Firm I employed still refuse to give me an Itemised Account after repeated requests.
7. Re Disclosure . Why does a piece of evidence given in disclosure differ from the one I found at a later date.
8. Why does my mail take 7days to reach me. Have a talk with Fahour. Australia Post refuses to answer my Complaints , but I do have the Complaint Numbers
Failure to answer the questions Mr Clyne will result in information being put on this Web site along with the whole Sordid Story and People will be named.
P.S. Don’t bother hacking my computer and connecting my telephone line to others as we have several computers and will be up and running in no time. Also several copies of everything are elsewhere and Overseas. No information is stored on this computer.
Dear Andrew, I am so sorry to hear about your parents -- to lose your mum so young is devastating but to lose your dad due to the stress caused by a greedy corporation simply because they don’t care and can’t see beyond the dollar value -- that is indescribable.
I was at the point of doing what your dad did, I know how he got to that point. The pressure, bullying and underhand tactics employed by this bank can break anybody, it is sad to know that your dad was not the first and unless we can all fight together he will not be the last.
I think it would be appropriate for the NAB employees and their lawyers to face murder charges -- they killed your dad as surely as if they’d used a gun. I live for the day when criminal charges will be laid against all NAB staff for their crimes.

You are an ex rugby player and you may well have experienced in a scrum what you and the flock of vultures working at 500 Collins St. have done to my self professionally, financially as well as the rest of my immediate family; the feeling of been penetrated digitally . Your Strategic Business Division kept me on ice for 21 months on default interest of 20.4% after we had agreed to pour more funds into my developments, funds that my family borrowed using the equity in their own properties. One small detail was not mentioned at the time of talks with your vultures, before they committed my whole family to a life of stress and tension; your bank was insolvent .
Your long arms will not be able to buy the whole legal fraternity and as we gain momentum with more and more victims coming out, some decent soul whom believes in justice and in God will pick up our case and will take you all the way. You may have won one game but we will win the series.

Dear MATT and ANDREW in particular, thank you for sharing the blisteringly tragic story of your father’s suicide as a result of the NAB’s heartless conduct.
We should remember the artiificial facade erected by the NATIONAL AUSTRALIA BANK that has to pay for its reputation since it is incapable of earning it.
Not only did it beg the US FEDERAL RESERVE for a $4.5 BILLION bailout, but for close to a year it was borrowing $1.5BILLION a day from the US Federal Reserve to keep itself afloat.
The NAB admitted in a media ignored Senate Committee that TWICE it came to a ‘ negative watch ‘ crisis situation -- meaning it would bave been bankrupt had it not received US money.
All the while the NAB and the Australian Government were lying to the Australian people and boasting about the economic status of our banks.
Lies. All lies.
Check it out for yourselves. Bloomberg Press succeeded in securing an
FOI judgement against the US Fed Reserve to reveal all the monies they gave foreign banks.
They gave NAB hundreds of billions. Get that ? Hundreds of Billions!
How come Big Media in Oz didn’t report this ?

I am so incredibly sorry for your loss. I am also so angry that this bank in particular has absolutely no intention of changing the way they hurt families like yours and mine. It’s worse knowing that your mum and dad probably spent every day of their life to pay off their home and the bank took it like it was a piece of paper.
I am honoured to know that your dad would be proud of me for standing up for my rights and the rights of all Australian’s. His own sacrifice will give me more power to fight even harder against this monster called the National Australia Bank.
Yes I am trying to raise money for this film but please Andrew, I have enough from you just by telling your story and for believing in my fight. Please mate, go get yourself a better car or go and do something for YOU. That would be far greater a gift for me. Live your life as best you can. From your story it sounds like you could probably do with some time away to find a path your dad would want you to follow.
Clyne and his mates are reading this so at least you got to say what you said. This man is responsible for many suicides, many divorces, many foreclosers and BILLIONS of profit. The courts want him to achieve more and more money for a reason I still can’t understand. The banks own the courts and in fact the National Australia Banks number one Barrister now sits as a supreme court Judge with a reported $1.2Million in NAB shares and believes there is no reason to stand down when facing an NAB case. Muktar is his name.
I’m like you and can’t really believe that everything I wanted to believe in with courts was a lie. We live in Australia and yet aren’t safe in the reported “LUCKY COUNTRY”. We have lost all transparency in big business and our politicians couldn’t care less. They stand by and watch as real men like your dad suffer after working a life time for no reward.

My father cut his wrist last year and when he didn’t die from that he hung himself in our garage. The blood from his first attempt continued to pump out of his chocking body until he finally died of massive blood loss. He was still alive, hanging in the garage. Why did my dad do this? It’s because your lawyers forclosed on our family home because we were late in 4 payments because my late mother had breast cancer and he wanted to be with her on her last days. When we tried to fight the bank he wanted hardship, that’s all. Your bank said no and instead sent the Sherriff to claim possession of my mum and dads family home. Your bastard lawyers made him feel like a criminal.!! I was in my first year of University and found my dad hanging in the garage after a three day trip with friends. We were told that he was probably alive for a full day. You killed him.
Now I read that this person Matt is asking for a simple trial to gain enough information that is being kept from him and his family. He’s been threatened by the lawyers you hire to spit on your customers and you have made up a person to represent you in an affidaivit. I am betting you’ve paid the judges in court for this priviledge. Your next move will be to bankrupt this family so they can’t fight you anymore. Is that right.? I pray every night that when your time comes that you see that money you receive as a wage has my dads blood dripping from it. Dear Mr Clyne,
I would like to ask you some questions too. Are you aware of the massive fraud your bank commits on a daily basis or are you being set up as the fall guy for the undisclosed few who profit massively from this deception? Are you aware that victims of NAB employee fraud are tired of being denied justice and we are now ready to reveal all of your secrets? Secrets we have foolishly kept because we had a blind faith that our justice system would protect us. Mr Clyne, do you know who your bank has paid for services rendered? (I know a few names, very interesting) Can you deny all knowledge of these activities with a clear conscience? Can you be absolutely sure that the unnamed individuals who ruin ordinary lives will draw the line and not ruin your life too to protect themselves and all their dark secrets?
I submit that perhaps it would be in your own best interests to acquaint yourself with the true nature of the beast you serve lest it accidentally eat you up while it is trying to protect itself. NAB, after all, always bites the hand that feeds it.
