To Dear National Australia Bank, your insurers, underwriters and auditors,

I am bringing to your attention the issues that the National Australia Bank are committing fraud on a mass scale and yet you as their insurers, underwriters and auditors don’t seem to understand the risk they are putting on you. Obviously the bank cannot trade without the underwriting and auditing so it’s very important that you investigate for the benefit of all of us but more importantly you consider your backing of the National Australia Bank as a risk not worth taking in the circumstances.

This entire scam the banks are running for greed has put your underwriters and auditors into massive, massive liability risk.This liability will HAVE to be covered by you as the insurers when the fraud is finally made public and my film and case against your bank will prove that you will either get out now and save your backing or lose it as the National Australia Bank dies.

You auditors will also get dumped on and your shareholders will soon ditch shares as further release of these fraudulent actions become international news. We are certainly in contact with World media seeing as the bank currently pays for Australian Media but how important is it to the NAB to not answer questions put to it. It seems very important not to answer questions as the answers are then made public. So we are going to help make you answer to the public you steal trillions of dollars from.

Your insurers should be VERY unhappy to even get a whiff that this information has become public. So let’s do that. Let’s make them unhappy. It seems the National Australia Bank love to keep secrets and don’t like telling the truth of their CURRENT position. But the truth is very simple to find. Not here in Australia but in the United States where the dirty deeds are done. Do the shareholders know of the NAB’s securities fraud… I mean do they really know? Of course they don’t. Internal documents by the American Federal Reserve certainly shows they don’t. Why would anyone buy shares in the National Australia bank if they knew of the upcoming doom. I would be getting out quick but then again that’s me. I am educating myself on the banks fraud. Shareholders have a lot to lose on these lies and yet you continue to tell them that “everything is going to be ok”.

Once the fraud is unmasked, the Insurance underwriters for the banks have no choice but to RIP THEM APART to rectify their crimes or the whole system will go down including the insurers. This is obviously something your lawyers are trying to hide in the United States aren’t they!!

Once it is publicly revealed that the mechanisms the National Australia Bank are using to mislead the signature providers that are also robbing our nation of it’s wealth, the ripple effect around the community will finally kick in and the banks are done for. Who am I to know Politics, Economics and the inner workings of a fraudulent bank. Funny you ask. I like to think of myself as someone who enjoys the challenges of getting information that is impossible to get. As a documentary filmmaker I also like to get information to the masses by exposing corruption of big business. WHY…. simple, because the Human Race is led to believe that it’s ok if the Bank makes billions in profits. That is until they find out where that money goes, who it goes too, for what purpose and at what risk to society.

Revealing the Robo-signing and the other paper work frauds and procedural manipulations are important aspects that also must be revealed and attacked (just as it takes 6 starving hyenas to bring down a lion) BUT these minor aspects are easy for you to deflect as you’ve shown in NAB Vs NORMAN. You just pretend that it never happened. Your barristers who come out of Cornflake packets pretend that they’ve never heard the terms:

Money out of thin air

Securitisation

Fractional Reserve Banking

Robo Signing

But in reality its just a way to confuse the Judge who also PRETENDS not to know these terms, even though these terms are used every day in their court rooms. So if a Judge actually asked a question of the Bank that the Barrister doesn’t know then surely that question needs further investigation. How could a court possibly run a case without knowledge of the facts of the case. Again, this is as easy as “say it, play it, fake it”. The bank is built on deception and fraud. The Courts know this as the courts sit through thousands of cases a year where everyday people stand up to the banks. Yet, the banks never answer a question put to them.??

Did the bank LOAN me real money when GIVING me a loan….

Did the bank ON-SELL my mortgage to the U.S Stockmarket for immediate profit…..

Yet, the bank refuse to answer, the courts refuse to question, the barristers refuse to tell any truth, the Solicitors refuse to do any justice and the Media refuse to print the story.. But the PEOPLE have no options at their disposal to Question, to hear argument, to prove fraud and deception, to win, to get judtice and to tell their story. That’s because……

The Bank is our leader, our god, our president, our prime minister, our queen, our police, our media, our justice…..

The Bank are untouchable and continue to be untouchable until those working inside the bank start seeing the effects of this corruption and fraud on society. When they see their friends killed by the banks, made bankrupt for no good reason, lie and mislead the courts… these people are the true leaders in society. The Whistle-blowers are our greatest hero’s who can change history…

I am claiming fraud and the evidence is growing so strong now due to our new great HERO’s who work in your BANKS are taking sides. Once all INTERVIEWS, Photos, secret audio recordings and internal memo’s are put together as a much bigger article, this article will be sent to the entire board of the banks insurance underwriters and their auditors, it will be published on The Human Race Film blog and send to all my media contacts (overseas), my academic contacts, the Minister of Finance and the head of the Treasury. Then a class action against the banks, your insurance companies and your auditors is inevitable unless your insurance underwriters force the banks to correct their books and make reparations to all mortgage victims, starting with a moratorium on foreclosures.

A storm is coming, any shareholders stupid enough to be in any belief that their shares are safe deserve the loss. Any underwriters or auditors not considering the implications of the backers are literally writing their own obituaries..
