GADDAFI ARMS DEAL BEHIND WHITLAM GETTING SILVER BULLET

Oranges and Lampshade

On 11th of the 11th of 2011 the special anniversary of the Whitlam dismissal sees the extraordinary story surface in both a book and film of the reason behind the sacking of Whitlam in 1975.

Queensland author Richard Hornabrook unearths secret, hidden unknown archive documents on an arms and planes deal for Gaddafi behind Gough Whitlams sacking. 22 years in the making, Mr Hornabrook is currently opening his first of three books to publishers which give remarkable detail into the Whitlam sacking in 1975 due to evidence that the Whitlam Government were unknowingly doing business with an international arms dealing contingent tied into Libya.

Matt Norman of Wingman Pictures has purchased the rights to a trilogy of Mr Hornabrooks works for the making of the film adaptations. Norman has been working with Mr Hornabrook for over 12 months getting details which contain irrefutable documented original evidence from the source, being a principle arms dealer backed up by archival government classified documents and verification.

Norman says “This to me looked a bit out there when I first started looking through it”, when Norman and Hornabrook then decided to meet, it was very clear that Mr Hornabrook who produced several hundred classified original documents, and personal accounts and testimony from one of the arms dealers himself, Norman knew that Hornabrook had something never before seen and a story never before told with such international appeal.

What shocked Norman the most was the simple story behind the unearthing of so many incredibly detailed and personal hand written notes, financial and official papers, never before has there been so much documentation in an expose.

Norman’s interest stems from his own family ties with part of Hornabrooks secret documents where he uncovers an avalanche of electronic communications sent through Indonesian Territory and Balibo during the same period where Five Australian Journalists were murdered and covered up by Indonesian and Australian Government authorities. Norman’s commitment to cousin John Milkins who’s birth father was Gary Cunningham, one of those murdered in Balibo in 1975 has always believed in facts not making sense in that time.

The cover up of the Balibo Battlefield communications which passed from the Commanders in the field to the Indonesian Generals, facilitated the cover up of the tsunami of electronic data concerning the armaments for Gaddafi.

In what can only be described as something out of a Hollywood thriller, Norman, director and producer of “SALUTE” about his famous uncle Peter Norman and his stance during the Black Power Salute at the 1968 Mexico City Olympics said “Hornabrook’s story of how this came about was so incredible I wasn’t game to believe him”. “Hornabrook started by stating to Norman that it was similar to his experience when he first heard the story without the documentation”.

Norman has confirmed the feature film will be made about Mr Hornabrooks First book which climaxes in the mystery behind the bombing of Queensland Premiere Joh Bjelke Petersen’s Parliamentary office and the serious wounding of his staff and intended Assassination. Joh’s investigators where actively chasing down the arms dealers through Europe.

Mr Hornabrook states “this trilogy or mountain of information that I have gathered for over 20 years has been information that firstly will vindicate Gough Whitlam and secondly will re-write the historical record of the dismissal of the Australian Government of 1975 by then Governor General Sir John Kerr.

Treasurer and deputy Prime Minister at the time Dr Jim Cairns stated in a written letter to Hornabrook before his death saying “This book should do well”.

The late Clyde Cameron (Labour Immigration Minister) wrote to Mr Hornabrook before his death in 2008 on receiving a summary stated “I intend to include your letter in my next volume of Selected Letters so that it may be read by anyone who has an interest in the loans affair used by the Liberal Opposition and to the Kerr who used his Governor-Generalship to dismiss the Prime Minister who had used his power in 1974, to appoint the Kerr to his position of power”

The Honourable Gough Whitlam, Prime Minister of the time wrote to Hornabrook in 1991 before the hidden National Archival files were even released stating;

“Many thanks for sending me the synopsis of your book. You have my permission to quote freely from The Truth of the matter, as you ask.”

Mr Doug Everingham (Former Whitlam Minister) stated on seeing the book and The National Archives documentation “I welcome your diligence in unraveling the record of Michael Murphy and Sir John Kerr and the possibility of bureaucratic deficiencies (if not devious default)”.

Hornabrook has finally compiled enough overwhelming evidence to complete this story as a book and film trilogy. Norman’s company Wingman Pictures has signed all rights to the film projects and promises it will be a Political thriller like no other ever seen in this country.

The truth behind the Whitlam sacking is much more an International SPY thriller with links to rogue operations, Balibo, Gaddafi Arm sales all happening through innocent interactions by the Whitlam Government.

50 Embargoed Mirage Jet Fighters and other armaments were to be moved to Gaddafi in Libya. The residual financial component which found it’s way to the Whitlam Government via approaches made by the Arms dealers personally and countless associates, resulted in Whitlams dismissal necessitating a coverup and the Governments removal.

The film currently entitled “Oranges and Lampshade” follows the book of the same name by Richard Hornabrook and will be penned by Norman and start production late 2012. Locations will include Canberra, Libya (which should be now open to Western filmmakers), Egypt and London and will form the first of a trilogy of the shady armaments deals that brought down a Government.
