The Concept
We live in a World today that wasn’t that much different than yesterday but still it remains much quicker, highly volatile and full of issues that need to be desperately re-considered. As Global Warming was made current with “An Inconvenient Truth”, The Human Race film takes on the story of our own extinction because of history repeating itself.
Our main focus is declaring War on Greed. Most of the Worlds common ongoing injustices are because of money. Banks in particular make trillions of dollars profit every year. Why is it that the only people making money is the banks that are funded by the very people they rip off. Our War will be fought on a massive scale. We will pursue the banks who are Greedy, criminal, fraudulent and make them accountable. We will give a voice to those that have been violated by these Greedy corporates and encourage their shareholders and customers to sell their shares and close their accounts. To kill off a monster the most effective way is to stop feeding it. By feeding the banks our money they grow so big that they become unaccountable. Stop feeding them and they become nothing. This goes for any injustice. Stop feeding the injustice and it can be destroyed.
War, Religion, Racism, Population, Greed, Poverty, Injustice and Political Dictatorship are serious issues that the Human Race are facing but not changing. With recent conflicts in Egypt, Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan we’ve seen dictators fall as the people rise up against their cruel and malicious leaders. But that seems to be the power of the people in those countries. Why does Western Society still allow our own leaders to take advantage of those countries and our own? As the power to the people helped overthrow dictatorships, the power of the people can stop the mass greed of our banks, corporations, leaders, lawyers etc. Stand against injustice.
The time for change is now and it won’t take much to bring about that change. If we chose to let these Human Race issues continue without standing against them then the Human Race that we know now won’t last another hundred years.
The principle of being Human should be taken seriously. Freedom doesn’t mean big brother, freedom doesn’t mean religion, freedom doesn’t mean war. Freedom is a right of all Human Beings to be treated equally. But our generation doesn’t seem to follow this fundamental principle when considering our race and our future.
“The Human Race Film” can be seen in this project as two separate concepts.
1. It’s a Documentary feature film series that asks the most important questions to young people and those affected by any injustice. Then we follow those questions to the “WISER” leaders of today. The difference will shock in what makes us all human.
2. It’s an ongoing project to develop a new mind set of what we need to do to change our ways. We involve students from around the World to use social media as the weapon of choice to open discussion about what it is to be human. Schools can also apply to have groups set up to discuss these issues. We plan to ignite debate around the World by just being honest. By reporting injustice and discussing it publicly we can then use this public outcry as a message to our RACE and to our people as change needed.
The challenge is bringing everyone together. Think Woodstock but online. That’s our goal.
